Belated Christmas Gifts for Friends: Gear-of-Ren

I decided that even though I didn't really promise a gift for anyone, and if I didn't get to it no one would really lose much, I would try to make some gifts for some of my closer friends(but I may not to color in everyone's nicely, so I'm going to try to at least get the sketches up even if I can't color it exactly to my liking). The line art for the colored is probably going to be done like this, lifted from a sketch like this   and colored in Sai if I do color it.

ANYWAYS, this is Kathica, a character that belongs to my dear friend . I may do another sketch just for the hell of it because even though I like the pose and he was happy with the original sketch, it kinda loses it's affect when it doesn't have a background(it was going to be either a DDR/arcade scene or climbing on rocks, not completely sure of what it was now). Anyways Gear, I hope you have a good New Years, good health, and good fortune

I'm not going to mention everyone I am planning on drawing for because I do not want to offend any of my friends that I don't have the chance to get to. If I do not get to you: it's nothing personal, I just didn't get to you.
