Meringues

So recently I've had issues with my gallbladder(or at least doctors suspect) and I can't have more than 6 grams of fat in too short of a period due to heart burn and ingestion. This means that for at least for now, that means I have to cook pretty much all the food I eat instead of having food on hand I can just stick in the microwave or oven and just heat up.

A few nights ago, I wanted cookies but I couldn't have oreos or any other cookie I could think of. I had to look up low fat cookies, and the best result was meringue cookies. This is the fourth batch I made over the last couple of days, and I thought I did a pretty decent job on them. They also taste like a marshmallow and cotton candy had a baby.
